The mind-set that Death Proof had from the very start was to introduce emerging local talent who had the promise and appetite to make stellar underground music time and again, and this next artist has it in abundance.
Rikardo, a South Wales native, has rapidly put his stamp on some amazing labels (Perfecto, Baroque) and remixed some elite artists (D-Nox & Beckers, Patrik Carrera, Enrico Sangiuliano), so we count ourselves very lucky to introduce you to some of his original work.

'Dark Pressure', the title track, comes in with thunderous bass-laden, big-room techno, with a barrage of lazer-edged synths that have it sounding like a techno armageddon.
'Eclipse' takes the tempo down a fraction but keeps the dark energy of the previous. Stellar synth work yet again, overlays a punchy drum work-out, which have an almighty lean to 90's electronic decadence, 'Front 242' anyone?!

I'm sure a lot of the DPR faithful are accustomed to our bumper remix packages. And yes! Yet again we've pushed the envelope.

First up we have man-of-the-moment, Farrel 8 [1605], who injects some feverous funk into his titanic techno remix.
Next we see our much-celebrated artist Ettica [Death Proof, Lot49], go deeper than deep into the techno realms, with his low-slung, bass-heavy rendition.
Doc Trashz [CRUX, Wearhouse] comes out hammer and tongs with a vigorous electro work-out, totally ripping the original apart!
And lastly Death Proof Recordings co-owner Benjamin Vial seals the deal with a sultry piece of deep house, jazzed up keys and a warm bassline will guarantee head-swaying, finger-snapping, hand-clapping!
